mg rast
I am using the mg-rast software for the metagenomic analysis. I am providing the metadata and fastq.gz files as described in the mg-rast manual. But I am getting this error -
There was an error with your submission:
This project is public. New metagenomes may not be added.
Any one please help me out with this.

Yes you are getting the error because you have published the files you uploaded. Now you have to change the project name. Like you can write it as Meta genomics analysis-1. Never publish your data till your project ends.
