MG-RAST data submission problem

I'm trying to send my sample of metagenome in MG-RAST, I can upload the file, but when selecting it in the submission part the sample appears with a red letter and I can't select it, I end up getting stuck in that part. Has anyone been through this situation and can help me, please? I'm really sad about that.
