Freebayes ABP
Hello everybody.
I am working with Freebayes calling results and wondered, what exactly ABP (allele balance probability) tells me. Is a large or a low value supportive of a variant call (From what I see in my results, I would suggest low values are "good", but please correct me if I am wrong)? Are there any reasonable thresholds for ABP one could apply, when hard-filtering variants?
