How to transfer the cluster info(metadata) from seurat object to demultiplexed seurat object?
I have two seurat objects which are with and without Total seq tag (Hashtag) information. Basically those data have mostly same cells (same cell barcode) since they are from same sample, and I want to transfer the meta data that I've done cell identification into demultiplexed seurat object by cell barcode. I extract meta data from both object and compared them in excel, but I want to have them merged by seurat object. Is there any way to make this happen properly?
