Forum: ensemble VEP server is down

Hi there,

I was able to access the VEP for the past few weeks. However, yesterday, I had an error that was not accessible. And today, when tried running my jobs, it is on queue status for nearly three hours. It usually starts to run after it is on queue. Is the ensemble VEP server down?

Not sure about Ensemble but Ensembl works on my end.
