Imputation post QC question

Hi Guys,

I am doing imputation post QC analysis on my data obtained from TOPMed and Michigan servers. I am new to this and I received the dose files and info files. Could you tell me the best workflow to proceed with?

Also a couple of people ask me to plot MAF bins vs Rsq. Can you tell me how I can organize my MAF in the info files into bins? Any help will be much appreciated1
