Hello,

For several mice, we measured a certain blood marker each day. After a couple of weeks, the mice were sacrificed and we performed bulk RNA-seq.

Now I would like to see, if the expression of some genes is somehow correlated to changes in the blood marker.

Is this kind of analysis even possible if I only have expression data at the end and not throughout the experiment? And if yes, I can somebody give me a pointer what method or package I should use for it?

Any help is very appreciated.
