Galaxy BLAST sequence

Hi friends I am trying to do BLASTn in galaxy. I have one query gene(my reference fasta file) and two bins containing contigs (my subjects). one of my blast result is empty with 0 line in it. why is this? Should I do this one by one? becuase I did blastn for tow bins same time. this is the screenshot:

Rob : The link you’ve added points to the page that contains the image, not the image itself. On ibb.co site, scroll down and look for a tab that says Embed codes. Click on this Embed codes tab. Copy the code in the HTML full image box. Post that line into your post here (instead of the link you've used) to parse the image in automatically.

Rob,

no significant hits were found in the bin 002. That's it.

Why would you expect a different result?

thanks Before doing BLASTn I did bining and I got two bins. the result is showing this in one of the 4 output in the right menu: https://ibb.co/PCDQnjX

can the blasting be because this has 0 line? if yes, what is the reason for getting this when bining?

0 lines = 0 hits = no significant alignments were found

This has nothing to do with the binning. The fact that both bins are classified as Bacteroides does not necessarily mean that they have to share the same sequence content

Thanks @andres.firrincieli It took one day for me as I was assuming I am go wrong direction.

Thank you for saving my time.
