Basic understanding of Hi-C and interacion (contact-) maps

Hi,

I'm trying to better understand how to interpret interaction maps coming from Hi-C data. I would like to better understand the results, how to identify TADs, loops or (Sub-)compartments. Is there any good paper explaining how to interpret the interaction maps or a good tutorial for that matter

thanks
