For RNAseq, is it possible to tell after a drug treat cell at different time points, if it did not cause significant differential gene expression, by the ratio (number of Sig diff/number of whole genes) or other ways, as the results show to have near 100, 1000, 9000 Sig diff genes along with the time point?
