Fitting the result of kmeans in R
i do kmeans in R with my gene dataframe and get some clusters , and each cluster have many genes with likely expression model. If plot each cluster there will be multiple curves：
i want plot the trendline of curves to see the gene expression model ,how can i do this ? or can i fitting multiple curves into one?
