Hello everyone

I have time series data without replicates for single group study, But data has batch effect as ~ time + patientID . By default , make.design.matrix in masigPro looks for replicate in column 2. How can create accurate design_matrix for my data in order to include in the maSigPro method to run normalized count data coming from NGS data ?

My data looks like :

     Time Batch Group
A1    1     1     1

B1     2     1     1

C1     1     2    1

D1     2     2     1

E1     1     3     1

F1     2     3     1
