Access Denied to CARD antibiotic data base

Hi, I am getting the following message : Your computer's IP address has been blocked from accessing the Comprehensive Antibiotic Resistance Database (card.mcmaster.ca). Please contact the McMaster Industry Liaison Office at milodsk@mcmasterabove message when I am trying to open CARD data base. Can anyone solve this problem? Thank you.

Looks like your IP address must be mapped to a .com or some such domain.
