How to convert a file in STRUCTURE format to plink format ,ped and .map?
I have created a matrix of SNPs for STRUCTURE by filering by linkage desequlibrium creating a file .recode.strct_in that I used en STRUCTURE software. Now I want back the .ped and .map files from the structure file with the LD filter. Any suggestion?
