Question about Spaceranger
We have defined the barcode by ourselves, and the length and content are different from those in the barcode whitelist provided by Spaceranger. I want to use Spaceranger to check the efficiency of my own barcode, but it seems that the parameter provided by Spaceranger does not have the option to modify barcode. So what I should do..Thanks~
