Error with autodock tools 1.5.7
Hello,
I am trying to run autodock tools as part of a class and am having an issue with an error when trying to run autogrid. I am getting the error "Sorry, I can't create the log file "C:/Users/ADTWorkspace/Grid.glg."
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Can you try storing log files on my document or on Desktop?
C:/Users/ADTWorkspace/DesktoporC:/Users/ADTWorkspace/DocumentsI've tried various locations to no avail. I think my desktop doesn't work because the file path includes my username which has a space (e.g. First Last). This gives me a "Can't find or open Grid Parameter File" error. I have the file in a location with no spaces currently.
can you create any dummy file as user
ADTworkspaceatC:/Users/ADTWorkspace/(to check read write permissions)? Another suggestion is to create an empty "Grid.glg" in the folder: C:/Users/ADTWorkspace/ file and supply it as Log file name (C:/Users/ADTWorkspace/Grid.glg). Also check if you have enough space. I hope you logged in as userADTWorkspace.
