Can anyone please help with the installation of bio bakery on a virtual machine?

I'm installing this on a Linux platform (installed through virtual machine). I've installed vagrant and another virtual box in my Ubuntu. I also downloaded bio bakery and unzipped the file but couldn't get it running.

Tried doing what was said in the above page except for the " start_biobakery.command" bit which isn't working!!

Would be nice if anyone could give me better idea on running bio bakery on a virtual machine just for training purpose!!
