Reference material for distinguishing focal CNV and chromosome CNV
We are developing a method that can accurately distinguish focal and chromosome CNV (amplification). To validate our method, we need some reference materials that contain either focal or chromosome CNV. Does anyone know where can we purchase such reference materials?
