Hi, I'm analyzing agilent aCGH 4x180 data with Cytogenomics 2.7 software. Incredibly I can't find any option to export all normalized logR values in *.txt format to perform additional analysis (i.e R plotting). The second question is: does exist a R o bioconductor package with ADM-2 algorithm or some alternative method?

Did you checked the interval based report generated when you sign off a sample?
