I will be performing whole genome sequencing (oxford Nanopore Technologies) in different strains of a plant fungal pathogen, I am kind of beginner with bioinformatics, would really appreciate your suggestions in softwares to detemine Genetic diversity in my strains I am thinking about going by getting the Fst values, I am trying to figure out from which data from the genome sequencing data I can get and analyse genetic diversity. Thanks for your help
