i want to know how to download 10 sequence for specific gene that cause specific disease from different patients from NCBI to make conscious sequence ?

There is no openly accessible patient data in a public database like NCBI. Accessing patient data generally requires an application and a dbGAP (part of NCBI) account because of privacy concerns.
