Empty log files from kallisto

Hi all,

I am trying to run Kallisto for my RNAseq data. The Kallisto runs smoothly but generates empty log files (0 kb). Because of that I cannot run MultiQC as MultiQC says:

 multiqc | Search path : C:\Users\XXX\Desktop\Seq Raw Data\XX
|         searching | ---------------------------------------- 100% 30/30
|           multiqc | No analysis results found. Cleaning up..
|           multiqc | MultiQC complete

If you don't have logs, what do you want to visualize? Note what the docs say:

As such, you must capture the Kallisto stdout to a file when running to use the MultiQC module.

I am wondering why I am getting empty log files as I can see how many reads are aligned individually in my samples. Despite that, log files are empty.
