I'm trying to parse the HLA imputation data from UK BioBank data and it lists the allele label headers here

I assumed the format meant that allele A_102 would translate to the old nomenclature A*0102 and then to the current nomenclature of A*01:02. This seems to work for the majority of alleles, however not all.

Does anyone know what format these allele labels are in and where I could find a conversion table to the current WHO nomenclature.

I don't seem to be able to find these allele labels in particular:

A_4027, A_4386, B_7020
