Hello! I am currently trying to install and use obitools according to this tutorial: https://pythonhosted.org/OBITools/welcome.html#installing-the-obitools. I am having quite a few issues with the installation on my Mac using Python version 2.7, as recommended. I am getting an error message similar to this previous post (OBItools installation error (macOS Mojave)) after running the command python get-obitools.py. I also attempted a systems-level installation, however, some of the commands given are no longer supported on Mac and the server linked has since been shut down. Wondering if anyone has any thoughts about troubleshooting the issue or has recently installed obitools onto a mac. Thank you so much!
