IDs to use for gene data with BiGG model iEC1356_BL21DE3
I am trying to overlay gene data onto 'iJ01366.Central_metabolism' map in ESCHER using 'iEC1356_Bl21DE3.json' COBRA model. The data I have is from RNAseq experiments and the IDs I am using for the genes are from locus tags of RefSeq genome NC_012971.2. However, the gene data is not displayed on the ESCHER map and I am getting "(nd),(nd):(nd)" for all genes across all pathways on the map. What am I missing?
