Identifying cis variants in E. coli
Hello everyone, So I have carried out a variant analysis for about 100 different strains of E.coli. I will like to filter these results to obtain the cis variants and then proceed to perform an association analysis of these cis variants with my phenotype of interest. Please any help you can offer will be deeply appreciated. Thanks in advance.
