Hi!

I am trying to understand how to interpret FIMO .tsv output. I got most of it (e.g. P-value, q-value, etc) but am a bit confused on the meaning and significance of the FIMO Score. Some scores are as high as ~65 while others are negative and I am not very certain what that means.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
