Eigen_phred_coding values interpretation
I have problem with understanding how to interpret Eigen_phred score.
I understand the main goal of this tool and know that score value would look similary to phred quality score:
Q=-10\ \log _{{10}}P.
But I haven't been able to find the P value. Only phred scaled score which I found something about the scaling is CADD_phred which has cutoff for pathogenic variations : CADD_phred > 20.
I am little but buffaled. I am not sure if i suppost to take same threshold for Eigen_phred or don't, because to me they are two different scores.
Can anybody please help me with the comfusion?

Does anyone have at least primary citation on Eigen phred. Right now the main website for this score have been shut down, so I can't even check with authors of this score.
