Interpretation of Shannon e Index
Hello, I am trying to calculate the Shannon diversity of resistomes acquired from different matrixes. However, it turns out that there is no difference among them even if the index of each varies a lot. Is this result common? Or should I not trust it and try to calculate via another package?
