How to show intermolecular forces between two chains within the same protein in Pymol
Hello!
Would anyone know how to show intermolecular forces such as Vanderwaal forces, hydrogen bonds etc in Pymol using a python script? I would like to analyze the forces between two chains in the same protein (eg. Antigen chain with Light chain, Antigen chain with Heavy chain)
Any help is much appreciated! Thank you!
