Update SNP map

I have a 43k UMD map, and I would like to update to ARS (new reference genome). How can I do it? Are there any software or R package, Plink command?

There are three different ways I found to update the information during the same situation:

1 Liftover

2 NCBI Remap tool

3 Bovinemine database
