STAR counts 0 for all genes with UBUNTU
Hello, everyone!
I'm being suffered from a big question what I hope you can figure out.
With Ubuntu, STAR counts only 0 for all genes.
But When I connect to a remote server with MobaXterm, STAR do mapping and counting properly !
With the Totally same code. Only directories changed.
Anybody knows why, please ?
