Bioinformatics courses online?
Hi,
Where can I find online courses or workshops (free and not-free) about bioinformatics and/or metagenomics similar to Physalia? Unfortunately, my time-zone is not good for this. Also, excluding resources like Coursera etc..
Thanks in advance

This is a well-discussed topic. Here are results after typing "Bioinformatics courses online" into Biostars search box.
Over the pandemic I used this repo a lot to help learn a lot of bioinformatics. It does use coursera and some similar websites, but I did feel like it gives you all of the foundations and resources to go learn more about bioinformatics/metagenomics independently.

Also Rosalind is good if you want to get into the more computational side of bioinformatics and really test your coding skills!
