HI

I am working with the draft genome file of Aureobasidium pullulans. The gene names that I can find from this organism are only draf gene names.

I am interested in doing pathway enrichment analyses.

I used pathfinder in r, but it tells me that it does not recognise the gene symbols.

Is it possible to do pathway enrichment when you only have draft gene names available?
