MinION Data Examples (FAST5) Database
Hello everyone, I am constructing a pipeline to analyze Oxford Nanopore MinION data. I have start from FAST5 files and for some optimizations I will try multiple tools for each step. So I will need several datasets to try.
As I see most of the researchers uploads FASTQ files to NCBI SRA instead of FAST5 files. I know they are really big in size.
Is there a data base or something like that that I can download some MinION Fast5 datasets? I think 3 or 4 sets are enough.
