Hi everyone , I'm trying to use haploview software to plot LD for arch chromosomes but I have tassel format data(HapMap)

I converted the data to plink format via Tassel (write plink) and I have two files ,Ped file and map file , after loading the data to haploview I confront this error

invalid chromosome specification on line 1:1A

anybody can help me?
