TCGA WXS positions covered
Hi all,
I am currently analysing TCGA WXS data and I need to find the number of positions that have been captured for each individual sample. It would also be useful to know the total number of positions covered to a sufficient depth eg 30X or 100X. Does anyone know if this information is already available anywhere? I know I can calculate it using the BAM files. However, downloading and processing those files will take a lot of time (and space) and I am hoping to avoid this.
