How do you perform in silico PCR ?
Hi! I have a lot of fish species which i need to test the primer efficacy doing a in silico PCR. If you were to explain it to a high school (i.e in a simple way if thats even possible) how would you advice me on? Theres no clear tutorial about that stuff out there :(

Have you considered trying primer-blast or primer3? You can start by reading up on both of these resources and following the links. Primer blast can check your designed primers for products. A little difficult to answer this question without knowing your skill set.
