Hi there!!! I have a list of bacterial gene products (12,000) where the protein subunits are mentioned separately in the list. Something like:

2-oxoisovalerate ferredoxin oxidoreductase, gamma subunit 
keto/oxoacid ferredoxin oxidoreductase, beta subunit 
3-isopropylmalate dehydratase, large subunit (EC 4.2.1.33) 
3-isopropylmalate dehydratase, small subunit 
phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase (ATP) 
phenylalanyl-tRNA synthetase, alpha subunit (EC 6.1.1.20) 
phenylalanyl-tRNA synthetase beta subunit (EC 6.1.1.20) 
putative lipoprotein 
uroporphyrinogen decarboxylase 

Now, I just want to know if the genes for the subunits of a protein have different KO IDs for them or they will have the same KO IDs?
