ALT-aware autodetection of hg38.p13 in DRAGEN
Hi,
I want to add hg38.patch13 to our DRAGEN system. To do so, I want to generate an autodetection file, so DRAGEN would be able to select the right auxillary files.
We have a supplied autodetect file for patch 10, but it lacks the following fields (which exist for hg38): EH_repeat_specs, ALT_liftover, Somatic_hotspots.
My question is - how can I create an autodetection file for hg38.patch13 which is alt-aware and has the repeat specs and somatic hotsppots? Should I rely on the hg38 files, or are there updated files I should use?
