Is there any tool that can convert gene bank format (.gbff) file to gff3 format ?
Could someone suggest good tool to convert gene bank format file to gff3 ? In NCBI, no gff file is present only gene bank format file is uploaded.

I tried to use the same tool but unable to get the gff file. Could you please check the error if you know the tool ?
