I am using PycoQC for some QC of Nanopore reads. I am however a little confused by some units in the output over time plot. See this plot:

I assume the unit scale on count is "million bases" and it fits well for the cumulative output. However concerning the interval, I am a little confused on what the unit scale is. Intuitively I would say bases per time increment but this does not fit very well to the y-axis.

I checked the publication and the doc and did not find a satisfactory explanation as to what the information here is. Maybe somebody has an idea on how to interpret the interval line. Thanks!
