Hi,

I have some high-frequency multi-unit neuronal activity recording from brain tissue image here. Currently, I am looking for some tool to analyze them, especially the parameters like frequency of the event (number of events), the onset time of each event (green), offset time of the event (red), duration and inter-event interval (time between two events).

I have referred the literature and it indicates the use of Matlab. However, I am unable to find any appropriate solution.

Any guidance in this regard would be appreciated.
