Error : no alignment column
Hi
I want to construct a phylogenetic tree using Iqtree but after i converted my vcf to phylip. When i try to construct the tree i get an error stating that there's no alignment column.
When i view the phylip file, there is only the names of my samples but no sequences underneath..please help.
