What is the best workflow to analyse RT-qPCR ('Real-Time quantitative PCR') data using R packages?

Hi all

Please is anyone aware of a workflow for analyzing gene expression data generated by the RT-qPCR ('Real-Time quantitative PCR') technique using R packages? I would like to analyze all the steps using the R packages. From quantifying the efficiency of the primers, differential expression analysis, and statistical testing.
