Prokaryotic transcription factor and TF binding site databases downloadable as a single FASTA?

Hi all,

I'm in need of a database of prokaryotic transcription factor and/or binding site sequences across prokaryotes (it's okay if this includes only bacteria, but I'd prefer one that has archaea as well), and I need to be able to download the entire database as a FASTA file.

DBD is down, P2TF only allows the download of individual FASTAs for each organism/metagenome (it would be easy enough to concatenate these, to be honest, but I would prefer not to have to if possible), RegPrecise is awesome but does not have downloads, PRODORIC is only downloadable as PostgreSQL DDL, PRODORIC2 isn't downloadable, RegTransBase is down, ArchaeaTF is down, and RegulonDB/DBTBS/etc. are dedicated to one species.

Are there any mirrors/repositories/etc. online that have the contents of a database like this in one FASTA (much like that of TCDB, MetaCyc, and Pfam)?
