I was wondering where I could download the complete dataset of the full-length human L1HS subfamilies (pre-Ta, Ta-0, Ta-1, and so on), since on repbase (https://www.girinst.org/repbase/update/browse.php?type=L1&format=FASTA&autonomous=on&division=Homo+sapiens&letter=L) the available list display different names such as L1MA or L1MB, most of the sequences represent non-full-length and I would prefer to avoid to check them manually one by one.

I've checked already the The European database of L1-HS retrotransposon insertions in humans, (http://eul1db.unice.fr/faces/Data.jsp )but it only provides a general classification in either pre-TA or Ta with no more details
