identify hub nodes in Cytoscape

good time everyone, I am new to Cytoscape. I have generated the co-occurrence network and I need to identify the hub nodes in the network. I have two questions. first, should I determine the hub nodes in each module or hub nodes are identifying for the whole network? also, how can I do that? how can I determine the hub nodes in my network? thank you in advance

Simply use MCODE plugin in Cytoskape. You will able to find hub gene in your network.
