Hello everyone,

I have a Protein-Protein Interaction network. I want to import biological information such as expression data to obtain coexpression edges, pathway co-occurrence data, etc.

My interaction file is in a simple tab-seperated format i.e. source_node \t target_node \t edge_weight(default=1)

Does anyone know how I can import other types of biological data to create a Multi-layer Network?
