Thank You for your response, I had the same thought process.
Dear all, Looking for whole genome sequence of competent cells Origami2 (DE3) and Rosetta2 (DE3) from Novagen. any lead on how can I procure it?
Except mailing the company - already done, awaiting their response.
Thank you

Not sure this is a bioinformatics question.
I doubt you will get any meaningful response from the company. These are derivatives of BL21 (DE3) cells, which starts with a BL21 strain:

That is a majority of the sequence. This strain has an integrated lambdaDE3 fragment for which it should not be difficult to find sequence. Finally, there is a chl-resistant plasmid that carries rare tRNAs which is probably described somewhere, though I doubt the company will furnish this information.
This answer is like being asked for the human genome and being given the yeast genome in response.

Hello, hope you are doing well, I am PhD student at Monash University Malaysia. Currently working on Rosetta-Gami 2(DE3). I am looking for Rosetta-Gami 2 (DE3) whole genome sequence for some cloning purpose. I saw your post asking for the same thing. If you got the sequence already please share with me. OR do you have any idea how can i get that, so, i'm looking for your guidance. I tried on NCBI nut no clue.
